Located in a tranquil location, this beautiful holiday home is away from the city hustle. There is a nature cottage on the small-scale holiday park Heerlijkheid Vlietenburg. Heerlijkheid Vlietenburg lets you experience the delights of the surrounding area. Here, you can relax on your beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the polder landscape and ponds that run into Het Bokkegat nature reserve. Het Bokkegat consists of forest, heathland, meadows and many different animal species. It is a breeding paradise for birds. Besides the natural water features, the park has additional water features where you will be woken up by the birds in the morning. The surroundings are characterised by tranquillity and nature, there are walking and cycling paths and the Oosterschelde estuary where you can go wind- or kite-surfing or just relax on a beach. Within walking and cycling distance, you can reach the cosy village of Wissenkerke with a supermarket and a restaurant. The Sophiastrand with restaurant is also within easy cycling distance. If you prefer a larger beach with more facilities, the Banjaardstrand is also within easy reach. You can easily park your (electric) bike or car there. The towns of Middelburg and Goes are a 20-minute drive away and offer great shopping opportunities. The homes in the park are sustainably built and individually styled and laid out. Heerlijkheid Vlietenburg 1 has 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a living room with open kitchen. Please note this is a new holiday park, the soil has yet to settle, so some gardens may be marshy for a while and the newly planted greenery has yet to grow. Your pets are welcome here!
