We used to manage a real estate development company from the year 1999 to 2014 with Amsterdam as our home base. Since the year 2012 we have changed our business focus to short stay rental apartments with a personal touch. Exclusively in Amsterdam!

Property information

This 18th Century monumental building is located in the hart of the city centre. What makes this apartment special is that although the property is more than 225 years old it is cozy, convenient and tastefull designed. You really stay among locals in a quiet street. Besides that it is located close to a lot of things Amsterdam has to offer it's visitors. From here you can reach many must sees and desired attractions by foot.

Neighbourhood information

The area is very cozy as it is full of lovely shops, cafés, restaurants, canals, local markets, museums and many historical buildings. Public transport is to be found on 5-10 minutes walking distance (tram and subway) as well as a supermarket which is open from 8 AM untill 10 PM where you can find everything you need.
