A unique loghome in the middle of the woods in a beautifull naturereserve called " Het Lutterzand ". Here you can listen to the birds sing, watch the bunny's around the house or even spot a deer. A luxurious lodge with a lot of comfort. Our house is called the Lutterlodge and is best suited for 6-8 people, because there is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet!! But because of the smart design you can sleep in the lodge up to 10 people. There is a large sundeck surrounding the lodge with plenty of outdoor furniture. We also have a woodstove hottub which is installed in the sundeck. This hottub is most suited for up to 7 people. There is an additional charge for the use of the hottub. And there is a firepit which guests can use. Dogs or other pets are only allowed upon request Also we don't allow large groups under the age of 25!! Bachelorparties and other kind of parties are not allowed. It is also not allowed to play loud music outside the lodge!! The house is located in the middle of a forest.
My name is Claudia and together with my husband we own the Lutterlodge, located in the heart of the beautifull nature area called " Het Lutterzand" in the region Twente in the province Overijssel. We like to give our guest the feeling of coming home and have some peace and rest in this moving world!!
A unique area, just google on lutterzand or greune stet and you will see for yourself why this is so unique. Nearest trainstation is in Oldenzaal. Best is to rent a car or go by taxi and rent bikes on location. Bikes or scooters can be delivered on site.
