We prefer to host guests above 25 years old. -House policies must be accepted and the arrival form completed truthfully before check-in. -Additional ID verification (passport or valid government ID) may be requested. -Tourist tax must be paid before arrival. -Only families may book stays longer than 28 days. -No drugs (soft or hard) or laughing gas allowed. -No parties, loud noise, or visitors. Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. -Late check-out without approval costs 100. -Dishwasher must be loaded before departure. -No candles, commercial use, or criminal activity. -The address may not be used for mail or business purposes. -Weekly cleaning is required for stays of 14 days or more (cleaning fee applies). -Rule violations may result in cancellation or a fee of 250–500 per incident.

Stay in a newly renovated suite in our 1920s Harmony building. Your room has a large hotel bed, private bathroom, small table with two chairs, and access to a shared kitchen to prepare your own breakfast. Relax in the cozy patio and enjoy the vibrant city center just outside, with shops, restaurants, and Poppodium 013 nearby. For your first night, coffee, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. Night registration is required by the municipality.

The station is nearby, which is convenient if you come by public transport. Traveling by car? No worries, there is also a parking garage just a 1-minute walk away. You can stroll into the center through one of the characteristic streets. This part of Tilburg is called the Dwaalgebied: the streets are just made for wandering around. Here you will find everything from trendy boutiques and design stores to eateries and coffee shops. Just beyond that are the main shopping areas. The center is compact but versatile, making it the perfect destination for a day of shopping. There are two supermarkets within a five-minute walk from the accommodation. Prefer to grab a bite somewhere? There are plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. You can also cross the railway and head to the Spoorzone. This area has received a major upgrade in recent years and today you’ll find many hotspots here for a local drink or a tantalizing dish. Are you heading to a party in the Spoorzone or a concert at Poppodium 013? A taxi won’t be necessary. Everything is within walking distance!
