Restaurants, bars, historical sight seeings , museums, shopping area, central station, tour-boat harbor, its all at walking distance.
Complete house for yourself with your own private entrance, toilet, rain-shower (with waterfall and massage function), kitchen, living room, popcorn-machine, open-fire-place in your bedroom, etc.
Some pictures may give the impression as if they are taken outside the house in a cozy street, or in the garden, but that's really just the decoration of the living room.
I like to make guests feel like a VIP, and be surprising with creative ideas.
