PLEASE NOTE! The chalet can only be rented for recreational purposes. It is not available for labor migrants or long-term stays. Labor migrants who book anyway will be removed without a refund! Our chalet is located on a small and quiet park. From the park, you can walk or cycle straight into the forests of the Veluwe. Walking and cycling routes are available in the chalet. The chalet is close to the town of Putten, where you'll find several supermarkets for your groceries. There are also several nice and affordable restaurants where you can enjoy a meal. Our chalet is tastefully decorated and equipped with many conveniences. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. In addition to free internet and TV, we also offer several (board) games. A barbecue is available for your use, and there's a small shed where you can safely store and charge your (electric) bicycles.

Dear guests, We are DLC. It has always been our dream to have our own chalet on the Veluwe where we can welcome guests. In 2024, this dream came true and we became the proud owners of this beautiful chalet in Putten. We warmly welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay!

The Veluwe, with its vast forests and countless walking and cycling routes, is without a doubt the region's biggest attraction. From the chalet at Poolseweg 27, you can walk or cycle straight into nature. Enjoy the peace, the fresh forest air, and the varied landscape. A visit to the impressive Kootwijkerzand — one of the largest sand drift areas in Europe — is a must. Here you’ll also find the iconic Radio Kootwijk, a historic transmission building that was once used to communicate with the overseas colonies. Another great spot to visit is the Schovenhorst Estate in Putten. Climb the forest tower for a beautiful view over the Veluwe, Amersfoort, and even the Flevopolder. And while you’re nearby, don’t forget to stop by the geographical center of the Netherlands — marked by a huge stone with a large ring that symbolically lets you “lift” the whole country! On warm days, the Veluwemeer is a perfect place to relax. Strand Nulde beach is about 20 minutes by bike from the chalet and also easily accessible by car (approximately a 10-minute drive). In the nearby town center of Putten, you’ll find a charming mix of restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy food and drinks. There are also plenty of dining options in the surrounding villages and towns. For children (and active adults!) Although there are no specific facilities for children on the property itself, kids can freely play and explore in the surrounding forests.
