Property information
This beautiful new studio has recently been renovated and is stylishly and cozy furnished. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a brand new bathroom with washing machine complete it. You are in the ideal location to explore Tilburg and surrounding cities or villages. The center is within walking distance, the bus stop is nearby, just like the supermarket. Beautiful parks and all the museums in Tilburg are located in the district in which the studio is located. Free parking is available within a 5-minute walk. Bicycle storage is possible in the courtyard below the studio. (Not secured) The Efteling is 15 minutes away by car. The University is also easy to reach.

House rules:
- Smoking is not allowed in the studio. Outside the studio in the gallery there is an ashtray where smoking is allowed.
- 24/7 camera surveillance of the general gallery, for your and our safety.
- It is not permitted to share the address with third parties or to receive visitors without permission.
- Paid sex activities are not allowed.
- A deposit is required per booking. This will be refunded on the day of departure.
- If something breaks, please report it immediately.
- It is not permitted to use the address as a registration address with the municipality
