Opening in June 2021, this beautiful houseboat offers a great opportunity to enjoy water and nature up close. Through the terrace you enter the living room with the open kitchen. From the seating and dining area you have a beautiful view of the water all around your temporary home. For a houseboat, the kitchen is above average equipped, so there is for example a small dishwasher. Both bedrooms have a double bed (200x180cm and 200x150cm). When the water level is high, you have a fantastic view over the dike and the landscape behind. The houseboat is located right next to a small marina where you can use the boat ramp (for a fee at the reception). The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, biking and boating. The location is in the well-known and very spacious area of Maasplassen with many beautiful villages and towns. Belgium and Germany are just around the corner. In the Netherlands, visit the white city of Thorn, the historic cities of Maastricht and Roermond and the national parks De Meinweg and De Groote Peel. Cycling enthusiasts can visit the beautiful nature reserve Linnerweerd. At the beach of Maasterp, near the Dilkensplas National Park, you can swim, surf, canoe and wakeboard. In Belgium, be sure to visit Maaseik, the Burgundian city of Hasselt and De Hoge Kempen National Park. Rental only for holiday lets. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
