The living room welcomes you with a spacious corner sofa, ideal for relaxing by the fireplace during cooler evenings. The open kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, a Senseo, a hob, combi-microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. For a good night's sleep, you have a choice of one of the three bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms, both with double beds (160x200cm) and ample closet space. A second bathroom with shower and sink is also located on this floor. For extra convenience, there are two separate toilets in the house. With a washing machine and dryer in the accommodation, you don't have to worry about piles of dirty laundry. The fully enclosed garden offers optimal privacy and is wonderful for sunbathing. With a southern orientation, you can enjoy the sun here all day long. The spacious terrace, accessible through French doors, invites you to relax. Choose between the lounge sofa, the cozy bench, or the comfortable sun loungers. The garden table is perfect for long, leisurely meals after storing your beach gear in the garden shed for the next beach day. Kavel 10 is a perfect base for hikers, cyclists, and water sports enthusiasts. With the dune crossing just 200 meters away, you're on the beautiful beach in no time. The cozy Renesse is also a stone's throw away, ideal for a day of shopping or a night out. The villa has two parking spaces. During your stay, you can use the facilities of Camping Zonnedorp. Please note: pets are unfortunately not allowed in this accommodation. Please note: This property is not rented to groups of young people under 25.
