Modern, comfortable holiday home in the heart of the Trondheimsfjord on Inderøya's west side. Magnificent view of the beautiful fjord landscape. Quiet, sunny and child-friendly plot. Rich sea fishing in the fjord, boat and motor for hire. The house was built in 2022 on 2 floors and appears to be very comfortable. The 1st floor has a TV room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The 2nd floor has a living room with kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room there is a wood stove and. Free internet/WIFI with large capacity, Apple TV and PlayStation. Carport and electric car charger with large charging capacity. Bed linen for rent, NOK 150 per set, incl. two towels. From the holiday house and the terrace, there is a magnificent view of the beautiful fjord landscape. Outdoor furniture and barbecue on the terrace where in the evenings you can enjoy meals and the beautiful sunset in the west. The Beistadfjord is a smaller arm of the fjord from the Trondheimsfjord and the fjord is surrounded by mountainous landscapes and small agricultural settlements. Inderøya is known for its beautiful nature with great hiking terrain for the whole family. Good starting point for day trips by car, 27 km to the town of Verdal, with Stiklestad church, built in 1180 on the spot where St. Olav fell in battle. There are good salmon rivers in Verdal and Stjørdal. 115 km to Trondheim with many sights, shops, and restaurants. Parking space by the house. The fjord is rich in fish. Boat for rent: 21-foot with a 150 hp outboard motor, echo sounder, GPS and chart plotter. The boat is moored at the floating jetty in the marina 450 m from the house. BOAT AVAILABLE BETWEEN 1 MAY AND 1 OCTOBER.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
