The view through the windows is of the mountains, which are an enchanting, calming sight in both summer and winter. Start hiking or skiing right from the doorstep, depending on the season. The imposing Gudbrandsdal valley with its water-rich stream is impressive, as are the routes up the mountains. In winter, it's best to get a ski pass and use the traditional cross-country ski trails and pistes. A fitness room, restaurant and store are located in the immediate vicinity, and a sauna can also be used by arrangement. Please note that these amenities are only available during the winter season. After a short drive through the beautiful scenery, you can quickly reach Lillehammer, Ringebu or the Hunderfossen adventure park, which is popular with children.
