There is a dock at the water's edge where you can sit and enjoy your vacation time on nice summer days. There is also a boat dock and an outdoor filleting area - ideal for fishing enthusiasts. There are good hiking opportunities in the area and just a short drive away is the coastal pearl of Risør with its white wooden houses and cozy restaurants. In Risør you can visit exciting stores and experience real idyll. There are possibilities for day trips to nearby places like Arendal and Kristiansand with Dyreparken.
