Seating on all sides of the cabin provides long sun exposure and shelter from the wind. Lårdal offers everything from the Lårdalsstigen trail 800 meters above the canal to a sauna by the water's edge and marked trails in the fairytale forest. You can cycle down to the Dalen Hotel from 1893, fish in Bandak or Laugevatn, or explore the Vest-Telemark Museum. In winter, the NM trails in Høydalsmo are 20 minutes away, and Rauland Ski Center is 50 minutes away. Meet Anne We are Anne and Halvor with two teenagers and a little one on the way. Lårdal is my childhood paradise, where I grew up with my grandmother's old treasures and love of nature and beautiful things. Halvor has spent ten years on carpentry projects here, and I often potter about in the garden. For us, this is a sanctuary for peace and quiet and great nature experiences, while the children love playing in the water and fishing.
