Skinnermoen 5 is centrally located in the heart of Mandal, right in the old part of town, just a few minutes’ walk from shops, restaurants, the harbor, the waterfront, and everything else you could want. The house spans three floors and offers plenty of space for several families who wish to vacation together. On the top floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, and in the basement, there is a large family bedroom with up to 6 beds – perfect for both adults and children. The home is best suited for up to 11 adults, or up to 13 guests if children are included. The property is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including WiFi, TV, and modern amenities. Skinnermoen is a quiet and peaceful street, so it’s important that no parties or other noisy activities are held here. The beautiful Mandal Church is just a few meters from the property. Built in 1821, it is Norway’s largest wooden church and offers an impressive combination of history, architecture, and art. Guests must bring their own towels and bed linen, or they can be rented for NOK 150 per person. There is space for one car right outside the house. This parking spot is also equipped with an EV charger, which can be used for a fee (kWh x NOK 2 per kWh). Additional parking is available in a parking garage approximately 100 meters from the property, at NOK 60 per day.
