Cabin Living AS is Norwegian company which was founded in January 2017. We manage more than 90 properties by now. We stand for providing personal service to all guests. All our properties are located on the best Norwegian resorts, ski in/out or by the sea. Everyone can find a cabin or an apartment on one owns taste, either modern and new or traditional Norwegian. The property consists of a main cabin, two separate annexes and an attached triangle-shaped cabin, sleeping up to 14 guests. There are six different terraces around the house, including sea view seating, a large outdoor sofa and a children’s playhouse. Honsvika beach, a shallow and safe beach ideal for young children, is only a short walk away. The path from the parking area to the cabin is about 200 metres and mostly laid with wooden planks, making it easy to bring strollers or wheeled suitcases. The main cabin features an open-plan kitchen and living room with fireplace, dining table for eight, a sofa and TV with Android streaming (no channels). There is direct access from the living room to a covered terrace with curved seating and firepit. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, sink and all necessary kitchenware. The fridge is located by the entrance and there is a separate freezer. The triangle annex includes two large bedrooms with new Zen-brand mattresses. Bedroom 1 has a double bed 150x200 cm, a loft mattress 160x200 cm, a small lounge area with sofa, table, chest of drawers and a TV with HDMI cable, and access to a private terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed 150x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm. The bathroom with shower is located in the main cabin. Annex 1, Kristinabu, is approximately 10–15 m² with a 160x200 cm double bed, new mattress topper, storage and a private terrace. There is also access to a utility room with toilet and sink. Annex 2, Juliabu, is approximately 8–10 m² and includes a small double bed 120x200 cm and upper bunk 75x190 cm. Both beds have new mattress toppers and a new chest of drawers. Private terrace included. Annex 3, Süssebo, has a double bed 160x200 cm with a new mattress topper and a loft with a 150x190 cm mattress. The outdoor space includes six terraces and seating areas, many with sea views.

Here you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting just a short walk from the sea, smooth rocks, a child-friendly beach and charming local activities. The cabin is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a spacious and comfortable stay close to nature and attractions. Lillesand town centre with shops, restaurants and summer life is just 10 minutes away by car. Dyreparken Zoo, Sørlandssenteret shopping mall and Kristiansand are all 20–25 minutes away. The island also offers many local experiences within walking distance. There is also a large outdoor sofa, covered dining area with space for up to 14 people (additional table available), and a small playhouse for kids. Honsvika beach is only a few minutes away. It is shallow, sheltered and ideal for children. Blindleia, a scenic waterway starting on the inside of the island, can be explored by ferry or private boat. M/S Øya runs between Lillesand and Kristiansand during summer. Brekkestø is a charming harbour town with a small shop and art gallery. Dyreparken Zoo, Sørlandssenteret and Kristiansand are all 20–25 minutes away. Bed linen and towels are not included. Please remember to bring your own. Cleaning is included in the total price, but the cabin must be prepared for cleaning according to the instructions before departure. Pets are allowed. Pet fee is 500 NOK.
