Welcome to our wonderful house in Unstad - built in 1960 but completely renovated through several stages, and most recently with a new part in 2023. Here, among other things, a bedroom/office has been added with an internal window for light and a view - and with a small loft there you can enjoy the view of the sea from a lovely daybed. The house has a cozy atmosphere where you can sit by the kitchen window and the surfers pass by, or in the living room and enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains and the sea through large window surfaces. The house is located 100 meters from Unstad Artic Surf and ditto Lofoten Surf Center - where you can make use of activities and dining options. It is possible to rent a jacuzzi - but then by further agreement with the owners on site. The house has a large, well-equipped kitchen, dining room, a large living room and a loft room with a loft with a view point over the sea. In the kitchen you will find spices and some items that you can use. There are bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs, and there is a new large laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Here is a refrigerator marked private. There is a main bathroom with shower, a toilet room and then there is an additional shower in the laundry room. There is access to the terrace from the laundry room and from the living room. From the terrace you have access to the lawn where you can play football, and to the trampoline.
