Fully furnished and equipped cozy apartment in a semi-detached house which is horizontally divided. 3 bedrooms. Here you will sleep well in comfortable beds and breathe fresh clean air. Large bedroom with a double bed consisting of 2x90 continental beds that can be separated into single beds. Two smaller bedrooms with single beds that can be made into double beds with 2x80 mattresses. These are good beds with spring mattresses. In addition, it is possible to have 2 spring mattresses on the floor in the living room. Small balcony of 5 m2. Quiet neighboorhood near the forest and with a large park nearby. 10 min walk to grocery store and bus stop for bus no: 25 - Bed linen and towels are included - The kitchen with washing machine, coffee, tea and simple breakfast is included. - Iron/board, dryer and washing machine, towel dryer and drying rack. The shower cabinet is new. Washing is included assuming normal use. We make ourselves available for some driving for a fee. We can give a guided tour of what we as hosts like :-) in Trondheim for a fee. Pets are allowed, no smoking inside. Shoes are not allowed inside. We are experienced hosts and a couple that like to tell our guests about Trondheim and what you can do here. We enjoy meeting new people and have been renting out for about 2 years now. When you check in we will meet you and introduce you to the apartment.

It is easy to get to the World Ski Championships area only 7 min walk to the the public transport bus stop. Everybody is impressed by the view from our apartment and how it feels living in a quiet beatiful wooden house area. The airport express bus stops only 15 min walk away. Pirbadet, Norways biggest indoor waterpark, is within 11 min driving distance. The place is seated in Ranheim, which is a cozy woodhouse area by the fjord (sea). And you will probably see the local deers in the garden.
