If it is peace, quiet, secluded and private you are after, look no further. This home is located a short 10 min stroll from the central village, tucked away in a cul-de-sac and bordering the Brooke Dawson Reserve with gate access. The homeowners have covered all bases to ensure your needs will be met during your stay. Mini golf and the maze is two minutes away and makes for good old fashioned family competition or pop to the pub for a refreshing beverage and a bite to eat, also right on your doorstep. The large open plan kitchen, living and dining is well set up to accommodate the whole family, whether it be watching a movie, playing a board game at the dining table, cheese and wine around the kitchen hub or opening the ranch sliders to bring the outside in and firing up the barbie. Sky Sports channels are included as well as complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi. The home has both a log fire and heatpump to ensure you are warm in winter and cool in summer. Two of the queen bedrooms are located downstairs, as well as the main bathroom. Upstairs is the bunkroom, third queen bedroom and second bathroom. The indoor outdoor flow of the home is enviable and the big windows in the lounge make for picture perfect viewing should you be lucky enough to encounter snow during your stay. Internal access garage with carpeted floor makes winter time a lot more comfortable on arrival.
