This cosy holiday home that is on a back section was redecorated in 2019 including the addition of double glazed with a verandah along the front for catching the sun or entertaining outside with the BBQ. Inside, it has a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area on the ground floor as is the bathroom and toilet. There are three bedrooms with one king and one twin bedroom downstairs and another larger bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed located upstairs. This house has a heat pump, Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-fi, laundry, BBQ, carport and is just five minutes' walk to the shops and pools. Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
