In 2016, our Apartment was awarded a 9.7 /10 score with all visitors both local and international Located within 2km of the town center in a quiet residential area, and within cycling distance to several wineries, our apartment offers guests modern well appointed accommodation with a quiet and tranquil setting. With stunning views to the north, guests can relax in their own courtyard and experience the views of both vineyards and the Richmond Ranges. Guests have their own independent access to the apartment which features safe and secure automatic night-time sensor lighting.

Sean and Sharon are local business owners, and have been Marlburians for over 25 years. We have a love of the outdoors and a wealth of local knowledge of all of the amenities and pursuits Blenheim and Marlborough has to offer.

Marlborough is an absolutely amazing province featuring a diverse range of industries; tourism, viticulture, aquaculture, and traditional farming being the main-stays. We are proud to occupy just a small part of such a wonderful place.
