2a Bath Street is a great home for those that love the outdoors. It's just a short hop, skip and jump to Brook Dawson Reserve and the links to the mountain bike and walking track networks. The home is also very handy to the hot pools, and the centre of town is just a stroll away. This well-appointed home is light and airy and has a lovely open plan flow. It also offers a great outdoor entertainment area where you can kick back while waiting on the BBQ to do its job. Relax and watch Sky TV or a DVD, hook up with the Chromecast provided, or play your own music via the Bluetooth speaker, on the leather lounge suite. Woollen and electric blankets are also provided on all beds. The property is fully fenced for children, and includes a highchair, portacot and fire surround.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
