Located in a central part of town, this modern two storey home is ideal for two families or groups. The lounge flows out into a courtyard that is fully fenced to secure toddlers. A log burner and heatpump keeps you warm at night and gas water heating ensures you never run out of hot water. All bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom to service them along with another bathroom located on the ground floor. Electric blankets are not supplied on the single beds.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
