Very sunny, light and airy with views to the mountains. A park is located directly in front of house with own gate access. A short stroll to town or 4 minute drive to Wanaka Lake foreshore and Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields are both approx 20 mins drive away. Close to Medical Centre, golf course, Ruby’s cinema and nice restaurants: Bistro Gentil, The Stoaker Room and Apres. Two nicely appointed bathrooms (one has a bath) both with underfloor heating. Separate toilet.
Skiing, biking, boating, tramping, travel, gardening, spending time with family and friends.
Lovely quiet neighbourhood but close to town centre.
