We live in a very private rural bush setting but are only 5 minutes walk to our local beach. The chalet is situated away from our house amongst gardens. We offer a self contained small house that has everything you may need, including a laundry and full kitchen facilities if you like to cook. The bedroom has a very comfortable large king bed with luxurious linen provided.The chalet has a large deck with outdoor furniture and barbeque facilities overlooking gardens,and the farm beyond. The cows are very inquisitive and like to come up to the fence to say hello.There are shower facilities and a large private bath both indoor and out, that also overlooks the garden. Under floor heating in the bathroom provides extra warmth in winter.

I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. My husband who is a local builder built the chalet and I live in a unique private setting surrounded by bush and gardens, but are still close to a beautiful beach, where I love to walk my dog Archie and swim in the sea in summer. To relax I like to do yoga, and listen to music. I also enjoy cooking and gardening. it is wonderful to be able to share our little slice of paradise with guests that come to stay.

Although we have neighbours close by, we are completely private surrounded by gardens and farmland. There are great cycle and walking tracks close by and a great fresh water swimming hole if you want a change from swimming in the sea. Spoilt for choice with the beach, as locals and visitors take part in swimming, surfing, diving ,fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. Lots of local cafes and restaurants within walking distance from here provide a wonderful variety of cuisine if you don't feel like cooking. There are local hot pools out at Athenree if you feel like a soak or swim approximately 15 minutes drive away, as is the local golf course. Also tennis courts are within walking distance from here. So plenty to do or the chalet provides a perfect spot to curl up with a good book and just relax.
