Arcadia = ( Pastoral Harmony and Happiness). Our beautifully appointed self-contained studio embodies its name with its stunning vistas. Set on a picturesque equestrian property the studio is adjacent to main residence, accessed by its own entrance. Its the perfect location for visiting the Bridge Pa Wine Triangle boasting a range of award winning vineyards including Te Awa, Trinity Hill, Paritua, Sileni, Oak Estate with its great tastings and restaurant. Being located only 2 minutes from the expressway getting places couldnt be easier. Havelock North is a 7min drive away with huge array of dining choices, great shopping. Napier with all of the Art Deco is straight down the expressway and you will be in town in 20 minutes, Hawkes Bay Airport is also a direct 20min travel time.

Semi-rural with lovely vistas in all directions. Property is positioned beautifully with the Studio bathed in sun all day long. 3 mins to Hawke’s Bay Golf Club 5 Mins to Bridge Pa Wine Trail 2 Mins to the Expressway. 7 mins to all of the Havelock North restaurants and designer retail. 6 mins to Hastings
