Rotorua Studio is fully renovated, including modern fittings and furnishing. Free WiFi and free parking are available. Our centrally located home was fully renovated in March 2025 including 2 private guest rooms on the ground floor. Each room has a private bathroom, tea / coffee making facilities, a small refrigerator, microwave, TV with Sky Sport, heat pump / air conditioning. The rooms have modern fittings and furniture including good quality beds. Breakfast and room servicing are NOT included or available at the property. Tea, coffee and milk provided on arrival. Fresh towel available on request.
We are a retired couple with a small King Charles Cavalier Dog. We grew up in Rotorua and have lots of knowledge about places to go and things to do.
Our home is centrally located only 1.5 kilometres from town in a quiet leafy residential neighbourhood.
