clean and tidy, very quiet, safe suburb with car park, and lots of free parking on the street ，close to the park， 3 minutes drive to Karori Shopping Mall, Swimming Pool, library etc. just 8 minutes drive to the CBD and Victoria University etc . check in by yourself.

karori park ，shopping mall ，Zealandia，Wrights Hill Reserve ，Botanic Garden etc. just 2 minutes walk to the bus stop .just 8 minutes drive to the Wellington city and Victoria Unversity etc.
