- Private and secure, newly refurbished separate free standing building, in top Bethlehem location. - 1 bedroom studio unit in a quiet cul-de-sac. - Kitchenette provides Air Fryer, microwave and fridge freezer. Does NOT provide stove, cooktop or dishwasher. We provide tea coffee and milk. - Lush greenery surrounds own outdoor deck. - Off street gated (manual gates) designated parking for 1 vehicle. - Beautiful tasteful decor, quality linen. - Smart TV in living and bedroom. - Free WIFI - Hosts live next door.
Quiet, secure, private boutique cottage in Bethlehem. You will love the newly redecorated private easy space surrounded by lush hedging in a top Bethlehem cul-de-sac address. It is situated next door to the hosts. We are Tony and Janice who are recently retired builders and developer's. Our background is reflected in the flavor of the cottage decor. A space that's not only welcoming but beautiful and comfortably easy. As hosts we like to ensure your experience is top notch a getaway we would enjoy. This is a premium location, very handy to top cafe's, restaurant and boutique shopping in the 5 minute away Bethlehem Town Centre. Natural Spring hot pools surrounded by native bush are only 8 minutes away in Cambridge Road. A 10 minute walk to the bus stop where you can get to town in 10 minutes or the white beaches of Mount Maunganui in 15- 20 minutes. We love living here as it is country quiet, with easy convenience, all at your finger tips. We enjoy privacy and will respect our guest privacy, whilst ensuring excellence in your stay. Tony & Janice
