City Views on Rattray is located very close to the city centre. The centre of town is known as the Octagon, and is an easy 10 minute walk. The property has 3 off street carparks as well, which is a rarity in this part of the city. We are located close to the Dunedin Casino, as well as an array of Bars and restaurants which line the main thoroughfare of George and Princes Street. Various Museums and galleries are also within a moderate walking distance. Even by car nothing is too far away in the City of Dunedin. Many beaches, Otago University, as well as the world famous Royal Albatross colony and other wildlife is only a relatively short drive away.
