Peaceful location on a private, large section with sunny aspect for views over the estuary to Mt Arthur Range and Nelson’s many spectacular sunsets. NOTE: This house is home to Sophie the cat. Food will be provided for Sophie & guests are asked to share the home & feed Sophie during your stay. BOND REQUIREMENT: Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
