We are a short walk to town, train station, Sky Stadium, waterfront, restaurants and shopping! . Nestled on the top floor, it has magnificent views of Wellington city and the sea with a large patio to enjoy the outdoors. This well equipped self contained space is great for a weekend get away, holiday, business trip or stopover. This apartment may not be big in size but you will love the views! We are located in a quiet residential apartment. The space is yours to enjoy. It is very private and we have excellent, respectful neighbours. For this reason, we do not allow parties. We have a small area with a tv on the ground floor, bedroom and bathroom. The top floor has a full kitchen and another area to relax where you will be entertained by the views of the city and sea. The night lights are just as spectacular! Netflix and unlimited WIFI is provided to use!
