Soak up the sun from dawn to dusk on the perfectly positioned decks, while the kids stay happily entertained with the large Springfree Trampoline and outdoor games (Pick-up Sticks, Kubb, Ring Toss). Inside, the simple but well-equipped kitchen opens via bi-fold doors to a spacious deck - perfect for alfresco meals in the warmer months. Enjoy a generous open-plan living and dining area with a heat pump to keep things warm and comfortable year-round. The lounge includes a TV with Freeview, plus a great selection of board games and puzzles like Ticket to Ride, Articulate, Beat the Parents, Twister, Charades for Kids, and Family Feud. Bedroom details: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, panel heater, and French doors opening onto a sunny porch. Bedroom 2: Double bed, panel heater, drawers, and a clothing rack with hangers. Bedroom 3: Single bed with a pull-out trundler. Please note this is a small room, best suited for one person. When both beds are in use, space is very limited. If you need the trundler set up, please let us know when booking, as it doesn’t come made up by default. We also have two bikes and helmets available - ideal for exploring the town or cruising between cellar doors.
