5-10 minutes walk and you'll find yourself at the shoreline of lake Te Anau! On your door step you have Fiordland National Park and all that nature has to offer. Te Anau is its own destination and a lovely little community. Its great base to venture into the Fiords such as Milford or Doubtful Sound or relax after tackling one of our Great Walks. If you enjoy biking we are located close by to the Fiordland trails recreation track which follows the lake around and also connects to the lake to lake cycle trail that goes all the way to Manapouri. There are many hiking options for all levels, jet boating down the Waiau River or sailing out on the lake are always a hit! Don't forget the glow worm caves!
