Enjoy the welcoming charm of Fletcher Cottage, complete with Hot-tub! With rustic stonework & pretty garden setting, this is a beautifully finished modern cottage, which recent guests have described as an "exceptional property". With two sunny patios. Fletcher Cottage is perfect for a family group or couples’ getaway, offering multiple bedding configurations - 3 king bedrooms (2 rooms can be converted to twin singles if required). Sleepout available for additional guests on request. Enjoy apres-ski relaxation in the hot-tub, all within walking distance of Arrowtown's cafes, bars and restaurants!
Lynne and Scott have owned Fletcher Cottage for 5-6 years. As a family they often holiday at the cottage, so it is well set up for small groups or families. Lynne and Scott are good communicators and work hard to look after their guests.
Fletcher Cottage is a 10 minute stroll from historic Arrowtown Village, with boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes District Museum, cafes and restaurants, historic Chinese Village, and popular river track. Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of cycle and running trails close by. Local amenities include Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket, (15 minutes by car). Queenstown is a convenient 20-25 minutes drive, Arrowtown’s Four-Square superette is 2 minutes drive from the property.
