Part way up a gentle rolling slope, facing North with all day sun, views of the tree lined hill and estuary. Garden House Villa accommodation is a separate wing of the owners home. It has its own private patio deck and a large area of private garden for guests personal use. Then of course, guests are welcome to wander in the extensive garden grounds nearby. The boutique cafe, secluded away from the accommodation, is tucked away behind the trees, just a 2 minute walk, it's there for you to enjoy 10am to 2pm Wed to Fri and 10am to 3pm weekends . We have bikes and kayaks available free to guests.

We are Paul and Karen Gray, We have been welcoming guests for over 30 years. We started our journey with luxury fishing accommodation, on our farm in Lincolnshire UK . Moving to New Zealand in 1999 with a young family, we took up hosting guests in our beachfront home and adjoining cottage. Then in 2017, we realised a dream, a block of 10 acres of grass paddocks, in a perfect position near the beach. A place we could transform into a beautiful garden for our guests and visitors to stay and enjoy. In season we have fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and avocados, all grown here on the farm. Tucked away from the house is our boutique farmshop and cafe venue, offering great coffee and cakes, and all our produce, including lots of plants we grow.

One of the sunniest places in New Zealand, the Nelson area is renowned for wine, kiwifruit, hops, apples and a vast range of other horticultural produce. The Western mountain ranges protect it from extremes of weather, providing a mild and sunny climate. A stunning 9 hole golf course , with views across the bay is just 1km away and an 18 hole, in our local town Motueka just 9km. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Abel Tasman National Park, are a natural playground, and a must for visitors. scenic boat trips, kayaking and hiking the trails, are all readily available. Within easy access for a day trip is Golden Bay, visit Pupu Springs , Farewell Spit, Wharariki Beach. Nelson Lakes and Marlborough vineyards are only a couple of hours drive away. Right on the doorstep, is the Taste Tasman biking track and several other, adventure biking trails, are nearby too.
