-Golden Bay Holiday Park is situated in *Parapara, 18.2kms from Takaka -49 km from Motueka. Kaiteriteri is 43 km away. -Free private parking is available on site. -The accommodation: The Beach apartments are set in a row of pohutakawa trees right on the beachfront. Each apartment comprises a hallway, bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, master bedroom, twin bedroom and deck. All Linen is provided The Deluxe Cabin: The cabin is compact but includes a bedroom with a double bed. The small bathroom has a shower & toilet. The kitchen includes pots & pans, plates & crockery, fridge, microwave, 2 element hot plate, toaster and kettle. The lounge area has a sofa and TV and opens onto a deck with it own BBQ. All Linen is provided. The Standard Cabin The beds are made up with a bottom sheet, pillow and pillowcase, so you need to bring the rest of your bedding or hire it from the office. The cabins have a dining table and chairs, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery & basic cooking utensils, kettle and toaster, cooking in the communal facilities. No ablutions in the rooms. -Golden Bay Holiday Park also includes a barbecue. -The nearest airport is Nelson Airport, 76 km from the property.

"Golden Bay Holiday park is located on the beach in the centre of Golden Bay, halfway between the Abel Tasman National Park and Farewell Spit. It is a spacious park comprising 210 campsites, 2 luxury apartments, 6 cabins and a self-contained cabin. The park is in a rural area at the end of a private road and is bounded by bush and pasture, with a river down one boundary and fronted by its own private beach. There is no street noise, and no street lights to disturb the natural setting. In the morning the sun rises out of the sea, and a beach fire in the evening is the perfect way to finish your day. We are dog friendly in our low peak season from beginning of March to end of November. " No Dogs are permitted in the rooms
