The house can sleep upto 6 adults, we can also provide a portacot. We aslo accept your very well behaved pets ;) Enjoy a playful, artsy theme that flows throughout the house. Lot's of plants to refresh the spaces and a fully equipped modern kitchen. An ideal home away from home, just add groceries and you ready to holiday. There's nothing as relaxing as taking a soak. Choose from the out door tub or keep it indoors and a little more private with our bath tub for 2... Grab a glass of red and unwind. Great after a day of adventures. We are fully equipped with Ultra-fast Broadband and a Samsung Smart TV w/ Netflix. Even a few board games for your entertainment. Our new, modern kitchen features a 6 burner gas stove and extra large oven and we are happy to provide an inclusive Continental Breakfast, inc, bread in the freezer for toast and cereals along with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There is a heat pump for your convenience to make the living area nice and snug. There is a fire place too get perfect ambiance on a cold winters night. All bedrooms have Super King beds, they are all super comfy and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows if you need them. Free off street parking is available for 2 cars and there's a gorgeous outdoor area fitted with a large BBQ and an outdoor seating area with cushions stacked inside or out by the door. *Penalties will be incurred for misconduct, including: • Entering unauthorised areas • Switching the Hot Tub off at the wall • Moving/ re-arranging furniture • Swapping bedding/ linen • Staining bedding/ linen • Misuse of kitchen equipment

Dan and I are your hosts. We will be your neighbours during your stay. We love meeting our guests but will absolutely respect your privacy. We will endeavor to provide you with all the necessary information you need to make the most of your stay before you arrive. The level of interaction is entirely upto you. Feel free to run any questions past us, we are happy to help where we can.

We live in a stunning neighbourhood with lovely neighbours all around, please respect them and respect our house policies. Over looked by beautiful mountains and just a few minutes drive to the Lake front and store, its a truly beautiful place.
