This Heritage listed villa is in an area characterised by historic houses. Murals from the Dunedin Street Art Trail can be found on our street. There are restaurants, a butcher, bakery, barber & organic grocery store within a 10 minute walk away. You can walk to Toitu Museum or Octagon in under 15 minutes.
