Located in 5 acres of the popular Heritage Park is this lovely family villa. With true alpine design this lovely accommodation choice has wonderful pitched ceilings, and mountainous ambience that you will find appealing. Open plan living with a full kitchen and cosy lounge are warmed by a heat pump.
This villa offers a comfortable queen and twin bedroom sleeping up to 4 guests. The master bedroom conveniently has an ensuite bathroom, with the second larger bathroom boasting a separate shower accompanied by a jetted spa bath for your luxury. Villa #5 also has a quiet private courtyard area with BBQ and outdoor setting perfect for enjoying those long summer evenings. A full laundry is also located at the property, for your convenience during your stay
Neighbourhood information
Outside the Villa is located in parklike grounds where the kids can roam and enjoy the space. Heritage Village - Villa #5 is an easy 3-4 minute drove from downtown Wanaka and Wanaka lake front. Located just off Cardrona Valley Road, you will certainly enjoy the 5 minute head start for an exciting day of skiing. Should you wish to just park up the car and enjoy the surrounds, you a only a couple of minute stroll to Florences Foodstore and Cafe for breakfast or lunch. Alternatively you may wish to try wonderful brunch or dinner at the popular new Lipsky & Sons Raw Bar and Grill For other fabulous activities nearby, you are within walking distance of Rubys Boutique Cinema or the Basecamp Climbing Wall is also a great option for the kids to use up some energy.
