Property information
Located in Calton Hill, this 1 bedroom apartment appears modest from the outside, but packs a punch as soon as you walk through the front door.
We are set up with a full kitchen, bathroom and patio area with views of the Otago Harbour to boot. A fold out couch in the lounge can be provided also, allowing us to sleep up to 3.
Walk directly off the street into the spacious lounge area, with a hallway coming off it featuring a double bedroom and moody bathroom coming off it. At the end of the hall is the kitchen area with breakfast bar-style dining, a full laundry, and access to the outdoor patio area.
