Welcome to Klipstroom! Klipstroom is our lifestyle farmlet located in Kaimiro, Inglewood, with a 1920’s villa set on 10 acres of land. The name ‘Klipstroom’ means ‘Stoney Stream’ in Afrikaans, inspired by the meandering Ngatoro Stream that borders one side of our property. The stream offers guests many peaceful spots to relax and enjoy nature or brave the fresh water and have a dip! Your B&B accommodation is a private, self-contained back section of the villa, including a private entrance and deck, comfortable bedroom with Queen bed and air conditioning unit, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchenette with appliances, laundry facilities and a sunroom with TV for relaxing. And don’t forget a continental breakfast is included in the price! Enjoy stunning views of Mount Taranaki right from the property. Please note, direct access to the mountain is not available from Klipstroom, but you can reach it easily via Stratford or Egmont Village, both nearby. During your stay, you can explore and meet our friendly farm animals (if you want to!), including chickens and sheep, and occasionally a couple of beef cattle. Our two super affectionate pet cats will make themselves known!

Hello! We’re Laura and Eugene, and we’re excited to welcome you to our home. Laura is originally from the UK and has lived in New Zealand for over 18 years. Eugene is from South Africa and has called NZ home for more than 11 years. We’re both proud New Zealand citizens and love sharing the best of our local community. Together, we run E&L Ventures Ltd, offering fresh free-range eggs, produce, preserves, crafts, and plants right here in the neighbourhood. I (Laura) enjoy meditation, reading, and a good glass of red wine. Eugene is the animal and gardening expert—he can grow and fix just about anything! He also speaks Afrikaans and is known for his delicious braai and homemade chilli sauce. We want you to feel completely at ease. If you prefer privacy, we’re happy to give you space and are always available via text for any queries or requirements. If you’d like a more interactive experience, we’re approachable and friendly, and would love to show you around or share a chat. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a sociable stay, we’re here to make your visit memorable.

Inglewood is a town in the Taranaki Region of New Zealand's North Island. It is 16 kilometres (10 mi) southeast of New Plymouth on State Highway 3, close to Mount Taranaki, and sits 200 metres (660 ft) above sea level. The town services a mainly dairy farming region. Taranaki has so many wonderful places of interest, activities and attractions!
