Hello and welcome to Lake Crescent, Hamilton. Minutes to Alison Street Day Surgery, Braemar Private Hostipal, Waikato Hospital, Angelsea Surgical Centre and Laser Eye Centre. We offer safe, private accommodation for patients and there support partners should they need overnight or up to 5 nights stay. Private entrance, Garden views, free parking, your own private patio. Our guests enjoy a luxury kingsize bed, lovely tiled ensuite, kitchenette, and private lounge for comfort. Walk around the lake, a quick stroll into the city or simply relax and read, work remotely or unwind. We are situated on a PRIVATE road.
Recently retired and having travelled extensively we are happy to offer our ground floor apartment space to guests wishing a quiet home away from home short stay in Hamilton the heart of the Waikato. We still enjoy travel, enjoy keeping fit and know the value of staying in a safe, quiet accommodation whi h features comfortable, clean amenities.
Lakeside is located on a private road. We offer FREE garaging for one vehicle and kerbside parking for one vehicle. Positioned opposite Lake Rotoroa (Hamilton lake) and a short drive or walk into the heart of the city. Minutes from Clinics, Hospitals and the Southern motorway it really is central and is one of Hamiltons most sought after locations.
