A loft style apartment situated in the heart of Wellington. It has one bedroom situated upstairs coupled with the bathroom and toilet. Downstairs you can find cooking amenities a comfortable lounge area with TV and a view of the street. Please no last-minute booking as we need our property manager to meet guests with the keys and this is too hard to organise in a short period of time.

Welcome to our loft style apartment where you can relax and enjoy the vibrancy of Wellington. This is our home when we are working in Wellington and we have tried to make it feel as such.

The apartment is right next door to Tākina the Wellington events centre and a 2min walk from Te Papa. Courtney place is 5min from the door where the cities bars and nightlife take place and there are a range of restaurants within walking distance. There is supermarket 5 mins away where you can get essentials for your stay.
