We have just renovated the double room extending it into an apartment so that you can enjoy your own private access, have enough space to relax in 2 lovely, and, might I add - very comfortable leather loungers, with the ability to heat up your food in the microwave or use the air fryer to cook your meat, veggies or fries or make the most of the free unlimited WIFI whilst you unwind. This is an ideal spot as well if you're wanting to check in for winter as there's an allocated area at the entrance to the flatlet where you can prop your skis and boots. Overlooking Remarkables Mountain from your double bedroom, makes for stunning views in summer and ideal to check how good the snow is for skiing in winter. Want a nice hot shower after your big day out hitting Queenstown or the slopes? Well, your own private executive style bathroom won't disappoint! We're also walking distance (6 minutes) to a lovely restaurant and bar if you can't be bothered cooking or keen for a drink out amongst the locals.

I am Victoria Ludemann formerly from Zimbabwe before being discovered by my Kiwi husband, Paul, in London. After being dragged back (well to be honest it wasn't much of a 'drag' but it makes for a good story! ;) ) we settled in Queenstown in 2001 and have 2 gorgeous children, Chase and Linzi. Being ex-road crew we love to meet folks from all over the world and consider it an honor to have you come and stay.

We literally have an amazing restaurant and bar (The 11th Avenue) on our back fence, along with a wee Deli which sells hot chips, pies, fish and basic necessities. Simply walk up the gravel path next to the house and within 6 minutes you are there! If you are wanting to do a bigger grocery shop you can head over to Woolworths just across the bridge - 7 minutes drive at 5 Mile Shopping Centre where you can also find Kmart and a whole street of wee eateries such as sushi, Thai, pizza and a coffee shop. Indian can be located right opposite the self-service Laundromat which is great as well to do your washing should you need to during your stay. Queenstown central is around 15 minutes drive and the lovely old gold mining village of Arrowtown is around 10 minutes drive from our property. There are wineries and lovely places to eat enroute as well. If you're after something more quiet and residential away from the maddening crowds of Queenstown then our apartment could well suit!
