The master bedroom with ensuite has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and lovely views across the lake to the golf course. The ensuite has a separate toilet, separate dual rose shower, twin vanities and heated towel rails. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin single beds. The formal lounge is just off the front entrance, a nice room for a quiet read, furnished with a three seater and two seater settees and a large square coffee table. The open plan family/dining/kitchen area has large bi-fold doors that open onto a deck from where you can relax on sun loungers and watch the golfers across the lake. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by an island sink bench/breakfast bar, and is well equipped. The main bathroom is situated between the second and third bedrooms and has a separate shower, spa bath, vanity and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate.
