The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and all linens are provided. Located on a quiet, no-exit street, the flat offers a peaceful stay. Access from the street is on even ground with good lighting, and there are two low steps to the deck, which connects the living area to the outdoors. The living area includes a comfortable couch, table, stools, microwave, and coffee machine. The room has a queen bed, and you can wash and dry your clothes with the washer/dryer provided. The apartment is within close driving distance to the Ferry, Stadium, CBD, Botanical Garden, Cable Car, Victoria University, TSB Arena, Te Papa Museum, and Wellington Hospital. We are a couple with two young children. Both my wife and I migrated to New Zealand over 30 years ago and have spent most of our lives in Wellington, with some time overseas for work. Our family loves traveling and the outdoors, and we know the Wellington area intimately. We regularly host friends and relatives from overseas and enjoy showing them what our great city and country have to offer. We are excited to offer a high-quality travel experience to our guests.

Karori is a friendly suburb with a real community vibe, famous for native birds, Karori Park, mountain bike tracks, and walking trails. A minute's drive from the house, you can find takeaways and a dairy offering Chinese, Indian, and Thai food. We highly recommend Yummy Curry for Indian food. Karori Mall and shops are two minutes away, with supermarkets, a library, a recreation center, a pub, a liquor shop, a petrol station, bakeries, a barber, and takeaways. There is also a public library and a swimming pool nearby. Marsden Village, a short distance from Karori shops, offers cafes and boutique shops.
