Friendly hosts, a family of four including 1 Aussie and 3 Kiwi's! We love our golf course and beachside living. We live in a house behind the rental property and are happy to be available if you need help or advice, but will otherwise will give you space to enjoy your stay.

Beach access directly across the road, stroll a few minutes down the beach for patrolled swimming area at Omanu Surf club. Mount Maunganui golf course accessed directly via ramp up the side of rear property or couple minutes drive around the corner. Bayfair shopping centre 5 minutes drive - movies, restaurants, supermarket and specialty shops. Mercury Baypark Arena less than 10 minutes drive Downtown Mount Maunganui 5 minutes drive - or take a beautiful bike ride down the boardwalk! Few minutes walk to coffee shop, corner store, takeaways (currently under renovation)
