Our lovely character home in Taupo offers guests a large and light private upstairs bedroom, along with their own adjoining TV lounge, kitchenette for tea/coffee making, modern bathroom and separate toilet. This beautiful home is located in a quiet street only 700 m to town - just a short walk to the shops & cafes. Besides the stylishly appointed upstairs accommodation, we have a large outdoor portico and deck at the rear - perfect for relaxing on and enjoying the garden outlook. Please note our home and property is completely NON-smoking and pet-free.
We love living in Taupo - it's a fantastic lifestyle and we enjoy our beautiful home and its location so close to town. We can't live without good food, good wine and good coffee (not necessarily in that order!), as well as great times with our family and friends. We enjoy travel, music, sport, reading, biking, gardening . . . the list goes on. Our aim is to make our guests feel welcome and happy to be here - and they do!
We love our quiet well-established neighbourhood, and especially that we are so very close to the town centre with its fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops - AND the lake is also just 700m away!
