A separate, externally accessed apartment provides an additional 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with flexible bedding options, making it ideal for extended family or friends. Perched high above the coastline, Oceanview Oasis showcases uninterrupted views of Tairua’s sparkling waters. The main home includes double glazing and ducted heating/cooling, while the apartment features its own heat pump/air-conditioning unit — ensuring comfort and peace year-round.
