This place is great value for groups of friends, as the beds can be configured to suit you! Bed One, the cooler temperature room on level 1. The toilet and shower rooms are on this level: 1 x Superking bed OR 2 x single beds. Bed Two, the medium temperature room on level 2. The living and kitchen areas are on level 2: 1 x Superking bed OR 2 x single beds. The mezzanine on level 3. The warmest area (as heat rises): 1 x Superking bed OR 2 x single beds. The house was designed by Peter Beavon, a renown architect. It is a lovely, peaceful place. The beds are comfortable, and when made up as doubles have a lovely mattress topper. Quality furnishings and appliances compete a stylish and comfortable place for longer stays for up to six people. There is free off-street parking (please don’t hit the rock!), a firebox, and additional heating in each bedroom. Check-in is anytime after 2pm by accessing a lockbox. The code is sent to you a day before check-in. Check-out is before 10am. Ride or walk the Coronet Loop, or the trails to the Gibbston wineries, or play one of the fantastic golf courses nearby, then stroll ~200m to enjoy the evening at the Fork and Tap, La Rumbla, Slow Cuts or one of the other excellent hospitality venues. Check out the great review in the photos. I've recently moved back to Arrowtown to live in another house and I've taken over the hosting from property managers. The review photo was a booking the managers took, but that I prepared the house for and looked after once the guests arrived. Arrowtown is a fantastic base to enjoy walking, biking, golf, skiing and other activities. If you need or are bringing bikes, talk to the host. The host lives elsewhere in Arrowtown and can usually meet you onsite.

This house is a gentle 200m walk to the Arrowtown Museum on the Main Street. Essentially the entire Arrowtown hospitality, most tourist attractions, the library, swimming pool, shopping area and the Arrow River walkway are all within a few hundred meters from this house. However, it is so peaceful!
